This opportunity will see you supporting and working alongside directors and the accounting team to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
- Collating documents;
- Liaising with clients and Government organisations;
- Lodgements to the ATO and other Government bodies;
- Liaising with Banks and other Lenders;
- Data entry;
- Liaising with third parties in general support of the office; and
- ADHOC duties as required for the Directors, Practice Manager and the rest of the Management team
You will have:
- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills
- Great phone manner and customer service
- Email etiquette and writing capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and exceptional time management
- Understanding of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
- An interest in learning more about accounting and/or finance
