The role:
As a Bookkeeper, you will work as part of our accounting team to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Bank reconciliations for our small business clients
- Payroll processing;
- Preparation of BAS/IAS
- Preparation of management reports
- Preparation of budgets and cashflows
- Email support to clients
- Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Xero experience will be highly regarded)
- Finished or close to finishing relevant Bookkeeping qualifications (Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or higher)
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A proactive attitude and approach
- The capability of performing the work outlined above
- Eagerness to learn; and
