Module 1 Course Overview Course overview and setting your objectives.
Module 2 Coaching Skills The coaching approach you take with an individual needs to vary depending on the person who you are coaching. This is a simple matrix, to help you select the right approach. The variables are the person's skill and enthusiasm levels.
Module 3 Change success model – Compact Version A quick method of assessing probability of change success.
Module 4 Life Purpose Are you heading in the right direction? Do you know your purpose in life? What are the benefits of knowing your purpose?
Module 5 Personal Strategic SWOT Now is the time to complete a personal SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) on you and your current situation.
Module 6 Training Needs (TNA) This tool shows how to identify the key training issues in an organization by developing a list of at least 20 training topics and getting a target group to allocate their preferred topics by allocating and scoring their top 10 topics. 
Module 7 Team Management Time Management is a big issue for everyone. No matter whom you are, your social position, your personal wealth or your qualifications, you get issued with only 24 hours every day or 168 hours per week. No one gets any more. Some people however use their hours more effectively than others, how come they are more successful?
Module 8 Barriers People have to deal with barriers on a daily basis. When people feel overwhelmed with difficulties in any part of their life they sometimes lose sight of the benefits that come from attacking 'barriers'. Barriers can be used to create change. This tool shows you how change occurs and the benefits that come from going through the barrier.
Module 9 Affirmations Affirmations are a powerful way to creating a positive outcome in your life. They are used as a visioning tool to reinforce your belief system.
Module 10 Stress Management Every person is subject to stress. It is how we deal with it that makes us successful.
Module 11 Powerful Questioning Utilising power questions is a critical success factor in being an effective presenter, leader, coach or facilitator.  Asking well targeted and structured questions is an important tool to use in training, surveys, interviewing, leading and even selling. This module explains the six types of questions that you can use and how to use them.
Module 12 4 Step Problem solving process This tool sequence (involving four tools) can be used to address 80% of issues and will results in an actionable one page plan at the end of the process to address that issue (or opportunity). This sequence combines Mindmapping, Pareto, Force Field and One Page Plan into a process that can be used to solve 80% of the issues you face. Module 13 Course Exam A final exam to test your retained knowledge from completing this course.
