|Module 5||Personal Strategic SWOT||Now is the time to complete a personal SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) on you and your current situation.|
|Module 6||Training Needs (TNA)||This tool shows how to identify the key training issues in an organization by developing a list of at least 20 training topics and getting a target group to allocate their preferred topics by allocating and scoring their top 10 topics.|

This module explains the six types of questions that you can use and how to use them.|
|Module 12||4 Step Problem solving process||This tool sequence (involving four tools) can be used to address 80% of issues and will results in an actionable one page plan at the end of the process to address that issue (or opportunity). This sequence combines Mindmapping, Pareto, Force Field and One Page Plan into a process that can be used to solve 80% of the issues you face. Great for developing a simple strategy too.
